Convert to rigify option twists feet #94

When using Convert to Rigify option, the feet are twisted:

Currently, only Game Engine rig is supported, so I did not test with other rigs.

I did try with multiple generated models and the results are the same.

This problem is fixed in MPFB2, see makehumancommunity/mpfb2#30

As MPFB1 (a.k.a "makehuman plugin for blender", ie this repo) is deprecated in favor of MPFB2, the fix will not be backported.

My suggestion is to instead use MPFB2. For instructions, see http://static.makehumancommunity.org/mpfb/docs/getting_started.html. MPFB1 and MPFB2 should be possible to run at the same time, so if you already have MPFB1 there should be no problem in also installing MPFB2.

I searched "feet" instead of foot and missed that post.
