Судя по всему, ICQ для Linux пока не поддерживает метод ввода через IBus. Переключение раскладки у меня в Sabayon работает только через стандартный XIM, и только после изменения сочетания клавиш для переключения раскладки в Настройках Xfce -> Клавиатура (изменить на пусто, затем выбрать Alt+Shift). Сочетание клавиш, выбранное для переключения раскладок IBus (Win+Пробел, раскладки стандартная En и русский kbd m17n), не срабатывает ни при каких испробованных мною настройках, включая выбор методов ввода по умолчанию xim и ibus в QT4 Configuration Tool.

преключается без каких-либо проблем в федоре.
