(ant) client quote request cost seems high compared to Arb Transaction costs being paid

Attempting to get a quote for uploading a file to the network, seems to be producing a cost that is exponentially many magnitude greater than the costs being paid on the Arb chain.

Issue:

0.000000075 doesn't correlate to the transactions currently being paid for "paid for quotes" on the Arb Testnet chain

The quote provided by the Autonomi Client is an estimate, meaning it can sometimes deviate from the actual cost paid onchain. While we aim for accuracy, variations can occur due to differences in fee calculations, network conditions, or temporary fluctuations in gas pricing.

We do not expect to see the same issues with inaccurate quotes and extreme gas spikes that were observed on Arb Sepolia, as that is a testnet not designed to scale. The move to Arb Mainnet at TGE will provide a much more stable pricing model since it scales efficiently under realworld conditions that a testnet cannot.
