Something like this

SheetReader::makeFromCsv('/path-to-csv-file/example-file.csv')
            ->delimiter(",")
            ->columns(['id', 'name', 'age'])
            ->casts([
                 'age' => 'integer'
            ])
            ->onEachRow(function($row, $index){
                var_dump($row);
            })->read();
