Graphic issues noted on specific machines

Through some testing we have seen that there appear to be duplicate shapes being added when someone draws a feature in an app. These are referenced in a couple forums that appears to be a bug with the Esri JS API:

Just noting that here in case other see the issue as well. We encountered it while using this eDraw widget.
