Accessing Bloomberg data from API with terminal running on host #1

Great container!

Obviously I have a terminal running on the host machine, how can the container connect to the session on the host so I can download data with the API? I don't have a Bloomberg Server or BPIPE. When running it from this container it says it could not connect to a session.
