Antenna removal code is not working

We noticed recently that the antenna removal is not doing what it's supposed to. It seems, though, that this is not an impediment with the way the system is currently set up.
We are studying alternatives to the current code; the one that I think it would be easier to implement and won't affect the quality of the output measurements would be to train the network without the antennae.
