Nudge not working with my config

Hi, I have configured the nudge based on my requirements, but i am not getting the popup on the device, If i set with the basic with the below things alone i am getting the pop up.

Any help is appreciated, I was trying with the support video and other resources didn't getting success

What is in the Logs? open /var/log/nudge.log

if you can't find any logs install the logger pkg.
