cypbd_fum2m - QVTo transformation for Synchronous-Reactive models, from Ecore to Papyrus SysML

cypbd_fum2m includes QVTo M2M transformation to translate an EMF Ecore model exported from Simulink using see_simple into a SysML model in Papyrus, by leveraging profile and type library definitions in cypbd_functional.
