Hi, I really like「AltTab」. But I usually have a lot of programs running at the same time, which makes me feel slow and laggy when using「AltTab」to switch windows. I would like to optimize the performance of the software as much as possible to get a smoother experience. My device is an MBP with an M1 chip.

I already profiled and optimized AltTab a lot. If it's still not smooth enough in your case, with lots of windows, on an M1, i'm afraid i don't have either an M1, or the time to try and reproduce/improve. See #1179
