我不是程序员，不太懂这个怎么用，请教下
1、这个c程序，是需要我下载到本地，本地需要有c编译环境，然后编译成程序才能用的吗？
2、这个程序是自己计算出的农历，还是在香港天文台网站抓取的数据？
3、方便的话，作者可否提供1901年至2015年的ics文件，不胜感激。
