[BUG] Depthai version in ROS Humble repos does not work with OAK-D SR PoE #518

Describe the bug
The production version of OAK-D SR PoE requires the latest version (2.25.0) of the depthai library in order to work, see #516. To make it work I had to clone depthai-core and manually update the ros branch (which is currently based on v2.24.0), see https://github.com/dmn-seasony/depthai-core/tree/ros-release.
The issues described in #487 (comment) still apply.
