Time zone picker

This issue is open to discuss improvements to the time zone picker. Drop ideas here or examples of good time zone pickers. I will eventually spec this out.

I'll start. I really like how cal.com does it. Searching by cities seems like a very intuitive thing to do. We'd need a list of major cities and their corresponding time zones.

The list might be very long so having a way to virtualize it might be good too.

Could be quite suitable for this issue
