app runner for prometheus
app runner for Prometheus black-box
app runner for Prometheus alert-manager
Ensure all are within the same SG

Once running:

YACE
CF dashboard
grafana-sync
Setup alerts
Setup pager duty / telegram
Estimate costs, and if they are too high,h then use Cloudflare tunnel and PI to host with NGINX/caddy
