Folder where new code files are created

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
`Create new Code File` command creates a code file in the root of the vault.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A new code file should be created in the default folder for new Obsidian notes, or better yet, the plugin should have an option to specify a default folder for code files.
