The version check is added in runIsr.py in the new LSST stack version. Since the binary file of "tests/testData/bsc.db3" will change when running the comcamCloseLoop.py in lsst-ts/ts_phosim, the continuous run of runIsr.py will fail in the same rerun/run1 directory.
At this moment, I added the "--no-versions" as a quick fix in the commit: e9ed625. This need to be fixed and remove this flag (--no-versions) in a latter time.
