Quizzes are not loading

Description

When opening a Quiz and clicking on the Start Batch Button, the quiz is not loaded. The screen shows a loading alert for roughly a second and immediately returns to its initial state. See the screen recording below.

Next steps

• Disable the feature temporarily
• Investigate the source of the error (might be an issue on the websocket)
• Apply fixes
• Re-enable quiz participation (Disabled in Disabled quiz participation #108)
• Re-enable E2E tests disabled in d77f160
