Describe the bug

As instructor, I can reach two different repository view pages with different functionality. This is confusing.

To Reproduce

Have a programming exercise with some submission.

  1. In the participation table: </> Code button on the left for some participant, then open the online view from there.
  2. In the scores table: </> Code button for some participant, then open the online view from there.

Expected behaviour

There exists only one online repository view to avoid redundancy.
