Exam: It is possible to place the same block into the feed-back area multiple times when grading project work.

Describe the bug

When assessing the student in a (project) programming task, I can drag & drop the same block multiple times into the feed-back area which does not change the code, but is still visible (for me).

This can be confusing.

To Reproduce

1. Go to a project/programming exercise
2. Place the same grading-block multiple times into the feedback area
3. The percentage should stay the same but you will see the same grading-block multiple times

Expected behavior

When dragging the same grading-block more than once into the feedback area it should not visible more than once.
