What Happened?

Git version control in Logseq OG is broken. It does not work at all. No git init, no git commit. Not every minute, not on app close.

Reproduce the Bug

1. Enable git version control
2. make changes to the graph
3. nothing happens.
4. close the graph
5. nothing happens

Expected Behavior

The app should make a git commit every minute and on app exit, as configured in the settings.
