"Failed to save logs. forbidden path:" error when using the Troubleshoot menu on Windows 11 #1477

** What happened? **

A "Failed to save logs. forbidden path:" error was raised.

What did you expect to happen instead?

The log files to be saved in the specified folder

How can we reproduce the bug? (as minimally and precisely as possible)

Clicked Troubleshoot menu of a workspace.
The "Save Troupblshooting Data" window opened to choose where the data should be saved.
I selected a folder and clicked the "Select Folder" button.

Expected

The log files to be saved in the specified folder

Actual

A "Failed to save logs. forbidden path:" error was raised.

Local Environment:

DevPod Version: 0.6.5
Operating System: windows
ARCH of the OS: X64
