Can not use mic and camera on other apps when OBS is running since I installed Local Vocal

Hi.
Thanks for the great plugin. It is perfectly working for me on OBS.

But when I am running OBS, I can't use my mic and camera on other apps such as Google Meet. I can choose no mic and camera. This is happening since I installed Local Vocal.

If I start other app first, I can choose my mic and camera, and I can start OBS. But image sent to the app through OBS virtual camera is stuttering (maybe 5 fps or so).

The issue doesn't happen if I uninstall Local Vocal. But of course, it is not a perfect solution.

I tried version 0.3.0 and 0.3.1.

on windows there's such a problem when the devices are picked up by one program and cannot be used in another program.
this does't have to do with LocaVocal though.

i can't see a reason why LV would affect such an issue since it's not opening any device internally, it just uses OBS for the audio

might it be related to CUDA though, but unlikely

Thanks for your reply. I checked the situation again and found LV was not the cause as you had said. The real cause lies in my Elgato capture card. Google Meet doesn't show mic and camera option when the capture card is being used in OBS. If I disable the capture card on OBS, Google meet shows the option of mics and cameras right away.

What's weird is that the conflict happens only with Elgato Cam Link 4K. I have two other capture card connected and there is no conflict with them.

This never happened at least a week ago. So I guess this issues is caused by the latest Windows Update of Windows 11.

By the way, I have one favor about LV.

I want to save vocal detection to a file AND shows it on OBS at the same time. Subtitle doesn't appear once I choose to save it a file.
