I would like to know how the combination cloud of the benchmark circuit in this paper is extracted, I can't read the benchmark provided in LSOracle , because it is sequential.I find the command “kahypar -s”is invalid in the latest version.

The SAP work used combinational clouds extracted by hand, not the same circuits currently in the benchmarks.
The SAP code was not added to our new kahypar command. The current research direction is going to logic cone optimization with structural hashing rather than trying to influence the behavior of kahypar. The SAP method doesn't provide enough improvement compared, so it would not be a priority to reimplement.
