Store exact amount entered on device for tax purposes

After reviewing with German tax authorities (likely valid for all EU), it is not enough to simply track the main currency exchange rate when an invoice is paid.

Additionally, the amount and currency entered on a lnpos needs to be stored and reported.

This is especially important, if the device is set to a different currency than the wallet it is linked to.
