[AMD][Vulkan] BufferFloat-error-64bit.test trailing zeros

The BufferFloat-error-64bit.test fails for AMD on Ubuntu with check-hlsl-vk due to the expected trailing zeros not being generated.
The CHECK lines should be amended to use regex patterns to allow for the difference in representation of hex float values with trailing zeros on various platforms.

I don't see this failure on the Windows AMD vulkan driver. But I just setup a ubuntu machine to confirm and with the AMD Mesa dirver (DRIVER_ID_MESA_RADV). And I do see this failure. We haven't start much vulkan testing outside of Windows. But I think the problem with this test is the use of FileCheck and maybe we shouldn't be using any regex patterns for things like this?

@bogner should we rewrite the test here to not use CHECK lines?
