KohyaHighResFix not working ?

Hi, it's me or KohyaHighResFix change nothing to the speed of upscaling ?

I trying to generate some images with KohyaHighResFix activate with 2048x2048 resolution instead of 1024x1024 but the speed is identical with or without KohyaHighResFix :/ I tried also to using both standard HighRes fix and KohyaHighResFix and they're is no change of speed or anything else :/ Can someone can tell me how its work, thanks
