I think in most cases you can just delete the folder of that extension in the extensions folder (...webui>extensions> ) |

In most cases it would be sufficient. Otherwise you can also refer to the discussion here: AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui#8052 |

When i installed sd-webui-txt-img-to-3d-model, it complained about lots of files missing and or failed install.
It does not hinder Forge, but i get those errors eveytime i start Forge now.
But i cant find how i UNINSTALL the addon. There is just a tick to not use it in the "installed" list.
