[Bug]: Installation not completing. Ends with 'FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2]' #3661

What happened?

Ran run.bat on Windows in admin mode and installation failed with 'FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2]'. See the attached screenshot.

Run run.bat on Windows in admin mode

What should have happened?

Installation completed.

Microsoft Edge

Locally

What operating system are you using?

Windows 11
