Jain Sip does not complies to RFC 3261 - compact form headers #114

As stated on documentation jain sip have full support of RFC 3261
However it does not supports section 7-3-3 ( compact form ).

http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3261#section-7.3.3

It says : 
Implementations MUST accept both the long and short forms of each header name.

While currently jain sip supports only long form.
