add OAuth support

As the title puts it. I'd like to add OAuth support, because I myself use Forgejo, self-hosted, and it's preferable to have my documentation site to be accessible via the same authentication system that my proper software development/git VCS site uses. I'm not entirely sure how to write Elixir, and I'm not incredibly familiar with how OAuth works, so I unfortunately currently lack the knowledge to implement this and send a PR for it myself (and I honestly don't have the time, I'm a broke college student). Any response would be appreciated! I know this is an OSS project and therefore the actual work done on it is essentially volunteer work.

@eternalevelyn, depending on your context, maybe you can just use Livebook on your own machine/localhost?

In this particular context I'm working on developing something with a friend, and I have a domain. But I want to be able to distinguish stuff I write and stuff my friend writes. Hence why I asked for OAuth support, because I don't have GCP/Google accounts and, while I do have Tailscale and Cloudflare, my friend does not. Plus, I read in a different issue that OAuth was a possible plan, and I just wanted to voice my support of this.

That being said, you don't have to, but I think you'd definitely gain users by doing it.

If it works for you, I'd suggest a regular development flow, like with any other source code.

That would be managing your notebooks with Git(Hub), collaborating with pull requests, etc.
