New Grammar html for tree-sitter support in the future

According to that new grammar parser tree-sitter becoming available in stable channel 1.25,

in the future we can expect new grammar html (c.f. currently we have source.html)
for this package when the new HTML parser powered by tree-sitter is ready.

P.S.

• Repos for grammar support of tree-sitter:
  • one can search tree-sitter-* in node-tree-sitter dependants
• Maybe we will do something like atom-ide-rust/#70 or ide-typescript@8edda74

It should be pretty easy to add support - you just need to add the new grammar name to the list, e.g. atom/ide-typescript@8edda74#diff-16b7d75b70953cbf4755508170f2f24cR4

Currently my plan is to add html support after something like
tree-sitter-html is ready.
