Make transaction date input easier

No one really wants to input the time of day a thing happened, I think.

I assume this is for transactions? Okay, we could do that, but then they won't be ordered correctly, potentially. For example, someone paying someone else could happen after that someone else paying an expense - but then it could show up in the wrong place on the transaction log. Does that make sense?

How much of this is a concern about entering some kind of time and how much is concern with UI? For example, we could do what google calendar does: Let people really easily select an hour and a quarter hour, or let them manually enter a more specific time if it's important to them.
