Typing '```' in a php file causes a crash #352

Version 2.1.2 macOS - apple silicon

Steps to reproduce

open a PHP file, regardless of enable intelephense or not
type ``, it's fine, add a third ` and it becomes unresponsive
beachball forever, force closing the application is the only solution

Tested in other languages, e.g. javascript, it doesn't seem to happen.
