Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

We should provide our OSS contributors with a .devcontainer/devcontainer.json.

Proposed solution

By providing a .devcontainer/devcontainer.json we will make the process of contributing to the lstn CLI even more straightforward, even from browsers.

Users will be able to spawn a suited GitHub codespace to contribute to it.
