Bug description
There is a minor bug that is causing Nemo to crash when selecting some options (like Properties) of the right-click menu (context menu) when clicking on the empty space of the Tree View of the Sidebar.
Steps to reproduce
- View > Sidebar > Show sidebar (F9)
- View > Sidebar > Tree
- Right-clicking an empty space below the normal entries (Home, Favorties, File system, etc.) to open the context menu
- Clicking on some options (like Properties, Open) will cause Nemo to crash
- Some other options don't cause it to crash (like Eject, Copy, etc.)
- Reproducible on Live image (linuxmint-22.3-cinnamon-64bit.iso)

Expected behavior
The action shouldn't result in a crash. The click should be ignored or the options on the menu shouldn't be displayed if they don't apply (since it's an empty space that is being right-clicked).
