Bug description

I have 3 screens, each with their own bottom panel and each has a 'menu' widget on it.

If I right click an app in the menu and 'Add to panel', the icon gets added to a different panel than the one whose menu I was accessing.

Steps to reproduce

Setup a 2 or 3 monitor system with the monitors side-by-side.

Add new panel, to create a cinnamon panel at the bottom of each monitor.

Add the 'menu' (menu@cinnamon.org) widget to each panel

Go into the menu on the middle monitor (click the mint logo or whatever it is set to on yours), navigate to any program such as internet/firefox, right click it and select 'Add to panel'. Observe that It shows up in the panel in the right hand monitor, not the monitor on which you initiated the action.

Expected behavior

The new icon should appear on the same panel as the menu was accessed
