I am trying to simulate a fat-tree topology where the switches have some redundancy, which needs to be correctly discovered. Should any other package be included?
In this topology, all GraceHopper nodes (from 0 to 15) have been discovered. However, the ibnetdiscover command only recognises NVSwitches 0, 3, and 6, which makes me think that there are different subnets and ibnetdiscover is just taking into account one. Could anyone help me, please? I will attach the input file of the "ibsim" command.
