I would like to install cantact-app on mac. I did not exactly understood, should I install NetBeans IDE?

I actually installed it, but it fails to start.

Homebrew installation would be priceless.

I am Unable to understand how should i install the CANtact , as per intstructions i have installed the Netbeans IDE . but the next step kinda elludes me , request the kind gentlemen here to help me out

@JayatheerthaS you should install NetBeans with Java SE/EE components

We could add OSX flavor to travis and remove the requirement to compile. Any thoughts?
