datasets doesn't work on windows as the path contains illegal characters like :.
In order to achieve maximum interopability, it might be a good idea to find a way around this, e.g by using dashes, underscores and dots as separators.

I understand what you mean now. Using a date format like 2018-11-21T16:00:00.000Z.jsonld for file names won't work on Windows because the : character is not supported. Will try to come up with a different strategy to support both OS without breaking backwards compatibility.
