set seed for biostar145820.jar

I am using biostar145820.jar to subsample bam files, and it works great. I was just wondering if there is a seed in the random shuffle for reproducibility purposes

My environment

  • version of jvarkit: 2021.08.10
  • version of java: openjdk 11.0.11 2021-04-20
  • the value of ${JAVA_HOME}
  • which OS: ubuntu

@sklasfeld hi no problem, I've just added a --seed parameter. But for now it's only on the dev branch.
