[test library] Expose embedded mongo logging configuration, make it use SL4J, or reduce logging #253

The embedded mongo outputs a lot of logging that I don't care about, and it doesn't use SL4J (is it possible to do that?) so I can't control this logging. I see some stuff in embeded mongo docs about logging to a logger, so maybe that would be best solution, because then anyone can configure the logging however they want.
