Extract examples from lightblue-platform/ligthblue/docs/demo

Lots of good examples of how to do things in the demo scripts, it would be nice to extract out some of the more interesting ones into the book.

Agreed that the book needs more examples. Would it be worth a discussion to determine which demos would be useful? Perhaps there are even use cases we don't have demos for?

Yes we have a lot of use cases not in the demo scripts. Maybe a way to kick this off is to start a list of things we would like to have examples of. Then begin organizing it. Where is a good place to capture those? A forum, issue, or email thread is not great. Something like a doc on google drive? A short brainstorming meeting (which restricts collaboration)?
