Create pipeline for publishing Docker images of latest version of app for self hosted users

It would be great to add to the current release pipeline a job that publishes an official docker image.
It would be helpful for users self-hosting app on devices like Synology.

This will be done eventually we are currently busy working on php-dna and nuxt 3.

+1 to this, building images is a bit tricky (still struggling with it nevertheless I have some experience) and still failing (cannot simply docker-compose up -d and rock'n'roll), so kindly reminding this.
