Removing real from username

it would be nice to have a new apache parameter for removing or not the real from username...
for instance myaccount instead of [email protected]

what do you think a bout it? is it possibile to implement it?

sure, but you would use gss_localname() since that handles the cross realm case too, just removing the REALM is not a safe assumption in the cross realm case
