Seems like same issue.

Try installing barcodescanner from github repo rather than cordova plugins repo

Doesnt seem to be an issue with error correction.
Scanner returns immediately with barcodeData.cancelled === true the first time.

Seems like a library issue. Happens with both plugin repo and github repo versions.
