Describe the bug
Weekly Worktime Report shows timestamps in UTC despite time zone setting Europe/Zurich.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Reports'
Click on 'Weekly [worktime] Report'
See start and end time shown in UTC

Expected behavior
Time stamps should be displayed in the Time zone selected in the settings
