Make all tasks take either string dictionary or keymap configs

Feature request
Many methods still require a keymap config rather than a string dictionary e.g. lephare.PhotoZ These can easily be made to handle all types my running lephare.all_types_to_keymap on the input config which would make the config much more general.

We might also want to implement an all_types_to_string_dict function for methods that require a sting dictionary.
