Buy slots stays loading

If I click in buy slots, a window is open but it stays in 'Loading'.

In my case, the payment window does load but it doesn't react to any input events.
None of the buttons work and I can't event quit Irvue. (Edit: An error sound is being played when pressing a button)
The only thing that helps is killing the process.
