Using winetricks to install cjkfonts corefonts tahoma seems to have solved this for all languages in the menu except Georgian. None of the existing winetricks font loads install a font for Georgian.

Given this, I've re-tagged this as "help wanted" rather than "good first issue," as the ideal steps here would be either updates to Snap to make the appropriate system fonts available (and I don't know what those would be) or to create a wine trick that installs an appropriate font.

Given this, I don't believe this to be a showstopper bug for marking this snap stable, but I'm going to leave it open in the hope that someone with the requisite knowledge can help.
