Legion cluster suspension

Legion installation has various deployments which consume many h/w resources. Sometimes we can't destroy legion clusters, for example, demo clusters with prepared models\data.
We should investigate a way to suspend legion k8s cluster for a while.
Requirements:

• the estimated cost of an idle Legion cluster must be from 50 to 100 dollars.
• supported all cloud providers:
  • GCP
  • AWS
  • AZURE
• suspend legion cluster automatically by some condition??
• down scaling legion and infra deployments automatically??

Moreover, we should estimate the resource usage of Legion and Legion infra deployments.
